15 Min to a “Relevant” Snatch

Due to the heavy loading over the last few weeks this week is considered a De-Loading week, in preparation for PowerX.
“Relative” means Not a 1RM, or going for a PR. It should be something in along the lines of 70%-80%, with emphasis on technical proficiency.


EMOM = 5 Min

1- High Hang Squat Snatch
1- Hang Squat Snatch
1- Full Snatch



20- Russian Twist (Over and Back=1 Rep) 20/14
30- Toes 2 Bar
40- Sumo Deadlift High Pull 95/65
50- Unbroken Double Unders
50- Unbroken Double Unders
40- S.D.H.P.
30- T2B
20- R.T.

For Time (20 Min Cap)

*If you break the Double unders, you must start them over to RX..Be considerate of the time cap!!
