Get your Partner (doesn’t have to be your significant other, but it is Valentines day) We will be considerate to those that have never experienced CrossFit before. We will be having a Fun (emphasis on FUN) Couples (Partner) competition Day on Sat Feb 13th, starting at 10:00 am.
