10 min to develop some technical proficiency.
20 min to get 10 sets or 10 aprox attempts.

WOD: “Gwendolyn”

50 Double Unders
Then Proceed to,
1 Deadlift RX=255#/135#
*2 Air Squats
*2 Sit-Ups

Air Squat & Sit Up 15 min ladder climb.
Adding 2 reps to the squats and sit-ups at every turn-over.
Athlete must complete 1 Deadlift before climbing to the next “rung” at every round.
Deadlifts do not multiply.
Double Unders are 1 set only.
