“Re-Test” Week !
Those that completed the Squat Program will be Retesting their 1RM Back squat During any “Skill / Strength” session this week.
Not to be tested during “Open Gym” hours as you will need to have a qualified coach on hand..Good luck, Smash those PR’S!!
