Zach and Tiff Killing it at The Remix Rumble this past weekend. All of the PHIT teams showed eceptional resolve, and character as they managed to finish each workout in impressive fashion. Thanks to everyone, even those that could not attend. It takes a team full of committed athletes pushing each other every day to support the ones that get to play on game day. We are all in it together!
