Stationary (Forward then Back)
5×5. = 5 reps each leg
5-5-5-5-5

WOD:

Pistol Squats
Toes 2 Bar
(example) 1 rep on rt leg, 1 rep on lft leg, 1 Toe 2 Bar. Then progress to 2, then 3, then 4, ..and so on

1,1 2,2. 3,3. 4,4. 5,5. …Etc

AMRAP, Ladder Climb
