Paying attention to the changes in load that would demand the need to progress in this fashion.

5- Med Ball Burpee Box Hop
10- Med Ball Box Side Step overs
15- Med ball Squat Clean and press

15 Min AMRAP \ Med Ball RX= 20/14 Box RX= 12/20
