Hey Group. Hope you had a Great Independence Day weekend. Now its time (for most of us) to get back to workin n Woddin.
Make sure to check this weeks schedule as we are running a little bit differently due to some Coaching absences.
Classes will surely be packed as everyone will be wanting to “churn”-off those unwanted calories from that extra plate of food.

Don’t forget to get registered for this years PHITATHALON on July 27th.
If you don’t plan on participating in it, we are in need of Volunteers to assist in various areas. Please ask a Coach how to be a part of this years event. Its going to be our best one yet!
