50- Double-Unders (1 time)
Then,
1 – Deadlift RX = 255/135
*2 – Air Squats
*2 – Sit-Ups
1 – Deadlift
*4 – Air Squat
*4 – Sit-Up
1 – Deadlift
*6 – Air Squat
*6 – Sit -Up

Continue the ladder climbing by 2 reps with the squats and the sit-ups every turn. The Deadlift do not accumulate.
