Today we will be working on positional pulls to help develop speed through the middle.

4- High Hang, Snatch Grip, High Pulls
On the third pull drop under the bar and receive in the squat snatch, overhead position.
Pause, and finish..


1- Snatch (or attempt)
EMOM = 10-Min


5- Min AMRAP- Rolling Burpees
5- Min AMRAP- Clean and jerk RX=135/95
