This will give those the chance to perform a lift they may have missed this week to get caught up on our “Mock Powerlifting Meet” week.
Keeping in mind tomorrows big lift is a 1RM back squat, so try and leave the legs fresh.

WOD:

800 M- Run
50- Shoulder to Overhead RX/ 115/75
400 M- Run
30- Shoulder to Overhead RX/ 135/95
200 M- Run
10 Shoulder to Overhead RX/ 155/115
