Tonight at 6:00 Pm will be Coach Zach’s last Workout with us as a team, until he returns for sporadic visits over the Holidays.
Try to arrange your schedule to take part, or at least come out and scream at(for) him one last time. Lets send him off with a WOD and a community like no other for him to remember.
