Squat depth must be below parallel or the lift doesn’t count.
If you have problems reaching the correct depth on your squats, and you have been working with us for a month or more, today you will need to focus more on the correct range of motion than about the amount of weight you can load on the barbell. Attentive coaching will be very beneficial for you today..
