Snatch

15 minutes of skill development then,

1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1 ( one rep/attempt every 30 sec )

5 Min, E30S

WOD:

10 Bar-Over Burpees
10 Barbell Power Curl
10 C2B Push-Up

RX= 75/105

AMRAP = 15 MIN

Athlete must have RX weight loaded on the bar to perform
C2B Push-Ups, or substitute H.R. Push-Ups.
