WOD # 1:

Double Under AMRAP

30 sec work
30 sec rest
7 rounds

WOD # 2:

“TALEBata”

20 second Deadlift Hold @ RX=90% Max
10 second rest
8 rounds

If the bar is dropped during the “hold” phase
The remaining seconds will be totaled. After the
Tabata is complete, the Athlete must perform equal amounts of
Deadlifts at 80% of Max.
