Build a foundation for a strong performance in today’s WOD.
Spend some time stretching and using some mobility exercises for the shoulders.
Spend some time performing the movements expected in the WOD, but try not to exhaust
strength reserves or energy needed.
Bench Press RX= Men/Body weight. Ladies and -18/ .75% Body weight
Must be performed in unison, without resting between the bench press and pull-ups
Take as much of a break as necessary before your next set.
Max Reps accumulated from both movements for score.
