Everyone, even those athletes that are not registered for the Open Workouts are encouraged to come out at 5:00 pm on Friday the 28th, and train as a group with those that are registered. We will be hosting the Final workout at promptly at 5:00pm. bring the whole family. Afterwards, we will be enjoying food and beverages together.
