This Friday will be a Fitness Fun Frenzy..The trainers and staff will be in a costume, so should you..
Don’t forget about our annual Costume Halloween Party! Saturday night at 8:00pm.This year it is being held at the gym! We are going to try and deck-it-out! We could use some help. If you are able to volunteer your time and help decorate, see Melodie or Sherri! Also, we need Pumpkins and other Harvesty “Props”
This year we will be having Contest’s for the most unique costume, The most unique covered dish, as well as a “Guitar Hero” competition..
Bring your friends, BYOB, but don’t bring the kids!…See you there!
