Open Gym

Open gym is designed for you to come in and catch up on Your CrossFit progress. Wether that’s Working on developing a technical weakness, developing a stronger movement, or performing a WOD you may have missed this week. Its also, fun. We try not to put to much pressure on each others performance’s and work to whatever capacity that feels good for the day!
